The March meeting is on!

Tell your friends, tell your neighbors, tell your mining partners, just don't tell your claim jumpers! This Wednesday, March 23, 2022 at 7:00 P.M. will be our monthly club meeting at our usual location - the Eagles club in Ogden (975 Wall Avenue). We'll be in the usual room, all the way back from the front door. If you've been there before, these instructions seem silly. If this will be your first time, just come on through, we'll be waiting. The president of the Golden Spike Gem and Mineral Society will be speaking to us. He'll be talking rocks, and may mention the rock show this year. We'll have our booth there this year; it's been three years since we last did this! We'll also be taking care of shift sign-ups. If you haven't already, mark Friday, Saturday and Sunday, April 8-10, 2022 on your calendar to come over to the Golden Spike Event Center in Harrisville (just north of Ogden). It's always a great show and a fantastic chance to gain new members that want to join but just don't know it yet. :) We will also talking a little about the April club outing to Crescent Creek on April 22-24, 2022. It's been about 2.5 years since we were able to do this. It will be held rain or shine with as much social distancing as you like. They say you don't need a mask outside, but if you want to wear one, join the club! We'll most likely be dry washing, and if you don't wear a mask drywashing, well, you have better lungs than most.
