May meeting & newsletter

In preparation for tomorrow night's club meeting, here is the May newsletter*. I highly recommend it!

A special thanks to Amy Petersen who has done a fantastic job as the newsletter chair for 1.5 years? 2.5 years? Time immemorial? I honestly don't remember, that's how good a job she's done. Taking the baton going forward is Shamra DeVries Aeschlimann, in whom we have the same level of confidence!

Heavy pans all.

*It's exciting, it's ambitious; I found the overall experience entirely delightful. It began with a clean, pleasant spring harboring just a hint of lemon and peppermint, then moved into a rousing deep fruit combination that leaves one brightened and whole. The finish seemed to be a mellow oak combined with a native rye influence that leaves one feeling a calm resolution seldom had in newsletters of this vintage.
